Terms and Conditions
If you need something that’s not specified in my commission sheet, or unsure of the details, feel free to contact me and I’ll calculate the pricing based on your request.PAYMENTAll commissions must be paid upfront. I accept USD (PayPal) and IDR (Mandiri).My prices already include taxes.I will sketch after a down payment of 50%, but will not go any further than base/flat colors until the payment is paid in full.No refunds except if a condition where I cannot finish the artwork is met. This includes health and technical issues.RIGHTSI get commercial rights to use the final artwork in promotion, portfolios, and art books.The client is not allowed to make profit from the artwork unless I am informed from the get-go, to which I will adjust the pricing for commercial work.
Please DO NOT claim the artwork as your own when sharing on social media/websites, and please tag me in the post unless I don’t have a platform on said site. I have an art account on Instagram, Twitter, and Tumblr. Uploading to major art platforms like DeviantArt or Artstation is prohibited.Clients or anyone else CAN NOT edit out my watermark or edit the artwork in any way, shape, or form; this includes cropping, color grading, overpainting, erasing, photobashing, etc.TIMELINEPlease give max. 2 months for the artwork to be finished! I’ll be working in batches, on first come first serve basis. Feel free to ask for updates.Revisions can be done 3 times: once after I send a sketch, once after I send the base colors, and once more after finalization.- Sketch phase: I will send you at least 2 alternative sketches to pick from, and you’re free to revise the pose/concept/background sketch/angle.
- Base color: After flat colors are applied, you can revise small details like accessories, minor objects, etc., and ask for major color changes.
- Finalization: After the image has been fully rendered, I will only make changes that are available via adjustment layers, or color filters. You may ask to make the image a little brighter or add lens flare, but not completely change an object's color.I am quite lenient on revisions, however, please do not abuse this by asking for major revisions after coloring has started (e.g. character pose change).
